Our Christian Statement of Faith

WE BELIEVE the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are verbally inspired by God, inerrant in the original writings and of supreme and final authority in faith and life. II Timothy 3:16-17

WE BELIEVE in one God, eternally existing in three Persons; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.    I John 5:7

WE BELIEVE in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal, bodily, visible and imminent return to power and glory.
Hebrews 1:1-3; John 1:1, 14; Titus 2:13

WE BELIEVE that man was created in the image of God; that he sinned and thereby incurred not only physical death but also spiritual death, which is separation from God; and that all human beings are born with a sinful nature.  Genesis 1:26-27; Genesis 3

WE BELIEVE that whoever by faith receives Jesus Christ as his or her Savior becomes a child of God. This salvation is not the result of any human effort, merit, or ancestry. Our hearts are renewed only through the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling enables us to live a godly life.  Titus 3:4-7; John 1:12-13; Galatians 5:22-25

WE BELIEVE in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; the saved unto the resurrection of life; and the lost unto the resurrection to damnation.I Corinthians 15; I Thess. 4:13-17; Revelation 20:11-15

WE BELIEVE in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
   I Corinthians 12:13

WE BELIEVE there are two ordinances the Body of Christ is commanded to observe, which are: The Lordís Supper (Communion) and water Baptism. Luke 22:17-20; Matthew 28:18-20

Verse of The Day - KJV

12 And we beseech you, brethren, to know them which labour among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you; 13 And to esteem them very highly in love for their work's sake. And be at peace among yourselves.
1 Thessalonians 5:12-13
